I decided to go back to Todmorden Market

Then my laptop went on the blink which necessitated a trip to the Mac store in Leeds: 50 minutes by train

There was heavy rain overnight and I wasn’t sure that we should risk a long walk over the moors but I’d been wanting to take the old Haworth road with its scattered farms and pack horse trails.

This family had been on my bus going to Saltaire via Keighley. On the bus back the mum and dad read them two Dr Seuss books they had purchased at the bookshop in Saltaire Mill. Very sweet.
